Oxford School of Drama: Character Development and Improvisation
The one hour workshop is open to anyone considering a professional actor training. This will begin with a brief physical and vocal warm up, followed by a few human behaviour and communication exercises. The session will also explore elementary character development and improvisation, with a short scene study from a theatre or television script. Finally there will be a Q&A discussion with Liz Wilson from Oxford School of Drama outlining further details of all courses, funding options and taking enquiries relating to professional actor training at the drama school.
The workshop will be lead by actor Gary Pillai who studied at the Oxford School of Drama (Recent TV includes; ‘Bodyguard’ BBC, ‘Black Earth Rising’; BBC. Recent theatre includes; The Kite Runner).
