In Good Company present ‘Exploring Lecoq’ at Nonsuch Studios
Spend the day immersed in the teachings of the legendary Jacques Lecoq, where you will explore clowning, physical theatre and movement. The first half of the day will be run by David Ralfe, who trained at the Jacques Lecoq School in Paris, and now directs work in the East Midlands.
The second half of the day will be led by internationally renowned and award winning theatre company Theatre Ad Infinitum, who make poignant and political physical theatre.
Notes: It is essential that you wear clothes suitable for movement work, i.e. tracksuit bottoms or leggings. You may work either in bare feet or trainers but not in socks or tights. Please do not wear jeans or skirts. Long hair must be tied back. You may like to bring a bottle of water.
